Ken Lucas Creative Director Prior to starting Lucas Design & Advertising, Ken was President and Creative Director of AndersonLucas Advertising. An agency specializing in the hospitality and tourism industry. Ken began his career as an Art Director for Home Depot in 1987. In 1991, he joined Hotel Management Services, Inc. as Art Director, and was promoted to Creative Director for the in-house advertising agency for Richfield Hospitality Services, Inc., at the time, the world's largest hotel management company. Ken is a graduate of the University of Florida. His creative work has received national recognition and received a number of awards, including 7 National Adrian Awards, 3 APEX Awards.

George Lemmond Director of Marketing & Research George handles marketing strategy and research for Lucas Design & Advertising. He has extensive experience in both retail marketing and advertising. His retail career began as Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. He later spent five years in retail management as Director of Strategic Planning and Consumer Affairs for Target Stores. George then moved on into the advertising business as Senior and Executive Vice President at 3 major New York ad agencies, including NW Ayer, Grey, and Omnicom. He is a graduate of Colgate University with a BA in English.

Wanda Anderson Media & Tourism Marketing Director Wanda handles hotel and tourism marketing, diversity marketing and media placement for Lucas Design & Advertising. She brings over two decades of experience specializing in tourism and diversity marketing. Previously, Wanda was Executive Vice President and Marketing Director for AndersonLucas Advertising. She began her advertising career as Media Director at Earle Palmer Brown Advertising in Washington, DC. She later worked for three television stations in the Washington DC area. Wanda Anderson is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Debbie Fitzgerald Public Relations Director Debbie coordinates media and public relations for Lucas Design & Advertising. She recently moved to Atlanta from Los Angeles, where she has worked with Vendely Communications and Philippine Animation Studio implementing international public relations, marketing and advertising campaigns around the world. Debbie has coordinated accounts such as American Movie Classics Original Productions, Blanki & Bodi Productions, Parade Magazine, Palisades Media Group, and Daylight Transport. Debbie is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University.

Amy Lucas Office Manager Amy handles many of the day-to-day operations at Lucas Design & Advertising, including human resources. Amy is a graduate of Brenau University.
